All e-guides and digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final once the purchase is completed and access is granted.

However, if you have not yet downloaded your e-guide, you may cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. Once the e-guide has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds or cancellations will be issued.
